Booking Conditions
BOOKING CONDITIONS ARRIVAL Only during mid and high season: Saturday from 4 p.m. on DEPARTURE Only during mid and high season: Saturday until 9 a.m. THE PRICE INCLUDES Electricity, water, gas, barbecue, mountain bikes, use of the washing machine, weekly cleaning, weekly linen change, final cleaning, air-conditioning, use of the swimming pool (15.05.-30.09.). THE PRICE DOESN'T INCLUDE Heating (according to the consumpHeating on consumption, extra bed upon request (€ 10/week) towels and bed linen (€ 10/person). BOOKING For a definite booking we ask a down payment of 30% of the total rental price. In case of cancellation of the reservation until 3 months before the arrival date, the down payment will be paid back.
